You need to be prepared to VOTE for the Home Rule Charter THIS NOVEMBER 2025 at the soonest and May 2026 at the latest.
You need to show up to as many Council Meetings as possible, or sign in and watch live on Facebook, or at least read the Willow Park Home Rule articles in our several news sources.

The City of Willow Park has posted the Home Rule Commission Information webpage and two (2) copies of the Home Rule Charter Commission application, one in "Download a fill-able PDF here" and one "Complete a online web-form here."
The deadline for application submissions is Friday, August 1.
Home Rule Charter Commission Requirements:
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be a registered voter in Willow Park
• Minimum 12-month residency in Willow Park
The Home Rule Charter Commission schedule will be discussed and decided during the 08 July 2025 Council Meeting. However, the current schedule is to have the Home Rule Charter completed and ready for Willow Park Citizen votes THIS NOVEMBER 2025.
