Listed below are important City Council agenda updates:
1. Agenda for the 7/8 City Council meeting Executive Session items included consultation with city attorney regarding a personnel matter - City Manager.[Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney; Agenda Item 21 Section 551.074, Personnel Matters - City Manager] No action was taken by the council. Texas Open Meetings Act (TOMA) - Executive Session Rules of order require confidentiality of closed-door discussion. Agenda for 7/15 Special Meeting called by Mayor Palmer: Note: If there is a required council super-quorum (4) present - the Mayor's single agenda item calls for Executive Session to address a developing pursuit of lawsuit by a current city employee against Mayor Palmer.
